Our car is now for sale!

http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/cto/2399178360.html

Very good condition, very clean, non-smoker.

No accidents, runs perfectly, no mechanical problems, no rust, and maintained regularly at the Toyota dealership on a service contract. Had 45,060 miles on May 15.

Features: 1.8L 4 cylinder engine, front wheel drive, automatic, air conditioning, CD player, cruise control, power locks and windows, remote keyless entry, engine immobilizer and alarm security system. Has attachment points for child car seats.

There are lots of big, clear pictures here: https://picasaweb.google.com/torrey.hoffman/ForSale#

The rear seats fold flat, so that you can carry a lot of cargo. The back is lined with hard plastic for durability. We've had a freezer in there, often carry two mountain bikes, or dozens of boxes.

So what's wrong with it? Not much really. As you can see in the photos, it is missing both front hubcaps, and the back trunk plastic is scuffed up. You might want to replace the tires in another few thousand miles. Other than that, it's in excellent shape.

The Toyota Matrix is very similar mechanically to the Toyota Corolla - famous for being practical, reliable, and having good gas mileage. Ours comes with a set of chains, a toolbox, and a window ice scraper.

FYI, the Kelly Blue Book web site has a suggested retail for this model, in this area, in excellent condition for $11,500 and good condition is $11,000. Dealers will charge a lot more. We are moving to Europe, so we have priced it to sell. If you're seriously interested, you're welcome to have a test drive, we're in downtown Bellevue just south of the mall. Please get in touch by email to arrange a time.

We don't do financing, don't ask.
